What’s Covered

• Defects in materials (leather, stitching)
• Manufacturing flaws that affect durability or function
• Premature failure of craftsmanship under normal use

What’s Not Covered

• Natural wear and tear (patina, scratches, scuffs, fading — these are part of the beauty of full-grain leather)
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, chemicals, or improper care
• Theft or loss of the wallet
• Modifications or repairs made by third parties

How It Works

If your Kenuy wallet fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

To request a claim, contact us at support@kenuy.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

If your exact wallet or color is no longer available, we will provide a comparable replacement of equal value. If a suitable replacement cannot be offered, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Fair Use

Our guarantee is designed to stand behind our craftsmanship, not to replace wallets that have simply been worn in through everyday use. Leather ages naturally, and part of its appeal is the unique patina it develops over time.

Please do not overcharge your wallet with more cards or bills than it’s designed to hold, as this can stretch the leather and affect its longevity.
