At Kenuy, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
International: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–15 business days. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly with the carrier or through the tracking link we provide.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and Kenuy has no control over them.
Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If you still need assistance, contact us at support@kenuy.com.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to: PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by U.S. export regulations.
